We have identified the cause of the authentication issue and applied mitigations that have restored service. Platform stability remains good, and no further customer impact has been reported. We are continuing to monitor closely whilst working with our third-party provider to implement permanent improvements and reduce the risk of recurrence.

We are investigating the issue affecting a subset of customers, primarily those utilising B2C authentication. Not all customers are impacted. We are still investigation the root cause and this investigation remains our highest priority.
